Rice Bucket Conveyor Working Principle
When the driver of the rice bucket conveyor hoist starts working, it drives the pulley to circulate the belt with the plastic bucket from the bottom of the tail to the top of the head. The head has an exit and the tail has an entrance. The feed hopper lift is filled with material and runs to the head, and then the material is thrown out of the outlet by centrifugal force according to the parabolic design. When it is running, the empty bucket returns to the bottom of the tail and fills the material again from the inlet, and then lifts for a parabolic discharge motion. Therefore, this cycle completes the vertical transfer of material.
