Parboiled rice is a bowl of naturally nutritious rice widely recognized in the international market. Parboiling Rice Mill Plant Main Parts
1. Precleaning and Destoner: In this stage, we remove the dust from the paddy, if the paddy has dust when it is soaking it will pollute the water and influence the nutrition of rice.
2. Soaking: Soaking aims to make paddy absorb enough water, and create conditions for starch pasting. During starch pasting, the paddy must absorb above 30% water, or it will not be able to fully steam the paddy in the next step and thus influence the quality of rice.
3. Steaming: After soaking the inside of the endosperm has got many drinks of water, now it's time to steam the paddy to realize starch pasting. Steaming can change the physical structure of rice and keep the nutrition, increase the production ratio and make rice easy to store.
4. Drying and cooling: Drying aims to make moisture reduced from around 35% to around 13%. Reducing moisture can greatly increase the production ratio and make rice easy to store and transport.
5. Husking: After soaking and steaming it will be very easy to husk the paddy and save energy, rice husking machine is used to remove the paddy peel, and we will get brown rice.
6. Rice separator: After the husking machine, still have some paddy cannot remove peeled fully, so using the machine, separate paddy and brown rice, paddy will go to the rice husking machine, and brown rice will go to the rice mill machine.
7. Rice Milling: The pearling of pre-boiled rice cost much more time than normal paddy. The reason is that after soaking the rice is easy to become smectic to avoid this problem we use a blowing rice miller and increase the rotating speed of the rice miller, the rice bran transmission adopts the pneumatic type to reduce the friction.
8. Polishing and Grading: A Grading machine is used to separate different quality rice and separate broken rice from the good ones. Good rice comes through the polishing machine, which will make the milling rice become more beautiful color and more smooth, thus increasing the quality of rice.
9. Color sorting: The rice we get from the above step still has some bad rice, such as yellow, black rice, broken rice, or some other grains or stone. So here we use a color sorting machine to select the bad rice and other grains. The color sorting machine is an important machine to ensure we can get high-quality rice.
